Laundry charges were unexpectedly high. Wish I had realized the rates earlier. Seems like every single item was dry cleaned when we needed a more basic service.

Located in good location. Looks luxurious but attitude of staff is not upto the mark

Particularly room dinning and bar tenders are below the standard and must be corrected and should be well trained
