    The Park Hyatt Jeddah - Marina, Club and Spa provided a perfect dining experience with delicious desserts and a great view at the Lounge Teras. However, the service was a bit slow and required multip (Read More)le requests to place orders. The check-out process was also strange, as the staff checked the minibar even though the guest hadn't consumed anything. Despite these issues, the hotel's location on the Red Sea and the sea-view terrace provided a fabulous experience, with excellent service from Yousef and other staff members. The restaurant offers a great selection of food for all meals. The cuisine service was loved, especially the excellent job done by Sherwin in serving and the tasty blueberry smoothie. The staff was co-operative and provided good service. The Friday lunch scene was marvelous, with a new Moroccan lady offering delicious traditional Moroccan tea.

    I booked it for me and my husband to get a day off from the daily parents responsibility as a new year run away so we chose something on the beach but it was a disaster!! Night time the garden view lights are off , hotel seemed like a ghost house , facility looked like it's a 10000000 years old place , not been taking care of ! In simple words the worst hotel Iv ever stayed in
    Roos are small , lights are either off or on do dim lights, curtains are bad sunlight came in and we couldn't sleep room service didn't take our order on time because they went to pray !!

    Excellent location, very nice view, remarkably nice staff. To mention Waleed, from the restaurant, extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

    fix your tabs, toilet flush and shower. Please please upgrade the tv and have more international channels like Bloomberg
    The hotel is gorgeous and very quiet and clean.
    the toilet and shower, tabs are old and need replacement or maintenance. The TV is old and tired and the channels available were too limited and not fun.
