We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, clean room and great location.
The location is very central to most amenities such as shopping and various local and international cuisines. The hotel staff is very helpful and the room is clean. We enjoyed our stay and would likely to go back again when we visit HCMC again.

The facility itself was great. The staff was not overly friendly and the hotel procedures awful
The facility itself was beautiful and centrally located in the downtown core. The views were great from our room. The bedding and linens were perfect. The bathroom had everything one could want. The pool area and pool were very nice. I did not use the restaurants because they seemed very expensive compared to the restaurants that were located on the streets surrounding the hotel. I heard from other guests as well that the food was just okay. The breakfasts however were incredible.
The staff seemed to mix up the fact that we started our stay there with a travel cruise line and then booked an extra day with booking.com. After several conversations they said they understood. On the second day of our stay there, that was still with the cruise line, they mixed up our days a denied us our breakfast. They were very slow at rectifying this situation. Later on that day we were locked out of our room. Again several conversations to get that straightened out. Then that night our safe would not open and they came up and fixed it but tried to claim it was my fault because a string from a pad that was part of the safe got caught in the safe door. On our last morning there our cruise company arranged a boxed breakfast for us as we had an early departure. It was not ready on time. Then when we opened it, it was a stale 1/2 ham sandwich, a warm bottle of orange juice, a warm bottle of water and an apple. Then the final insult was when we arrived home we received a bill for $25 for the boxed breakfast. They rectified this but it was very unprofessional.

Had a great stay at park hyatt saigon. The location, staffs, service and the restaurants in the hotel was excellent. Good value for money. Definitely worth it!

For me the Park Hyatt in Saigon, is one of the best hotels worldwide. It's a beautiful place, all in french colonial style. The staff is also amazing and the great lobby and menu there rounds it all up. We will be back soon!
