    PROPERTY IS NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED. CLEANLINESS IS A MAJOR ISSUE. CARPETS ARE ALL STAINED , MOISTURE ALL AROUND WALLS. PAINTVIS CHIPPONG OFF.WASHROOM NOT CLEAN AND SHOWER NOT WORKING .LOT OF ISSUES.

    The male staff were friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the porters, waiters, cleaners and doormen all were helpful and friendly.
    The female staff were completely useless. They completely ignore you at the front desk, you ask them for anything and nothing happens. Called reception a few times as our tv didnt work or we needed some other things and nothing. Same goes in the restaurant, asked for tea and nothing, but asked the male staff it came in 2 mins. Honestly the female staff were all pointless, not one of them seemed able to do their job. The tvs never worked and had to ask reception 4 times to fix it. In the end we gave up. The room key stopped working everyday.

    My worst experience
    Location and room was fantastic
    I opted for a room with a single bed and smoking preference and they had given me a room with double single beds and a non-smoking room. It took almost 2 hours to them to shift me back to my preferred booked room the housekeeping staff was worst as i asked them for ashtray they just put it infront of my room and no one informed me about it that its kept over there and i was without an ashtray i have been constant customer of this facility but it was really my worst experience
