Totally worth it!
The hotel was perfect. It was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and luxurious. The staff was very polite and willing to help you.
Also, the location is in the perfect spot in the center of Amsterdam, close to the central station, shops, to various sights (Lookout, Royal Palace, Madame Tussauds, etc).
My overall experience was amazing

Beautiful room with excellent location!
Awesome location right across from the train station and in the middle of the city center!
Although it was great being close to everything, the protesters outside were very loud and could be heard even though our window was closed.

Exceeded expectation
What can I say, when I walked into the hotel I was greeted straight away by the exceptional and friendly staff, who helped me check in and told me what floor I was on.
They also told me about nearby areas of interest and helped me book a meal in the restaraunt.
The facilities were great snd the bed was extremely comfy and had all the ports you could need.
I would definetly stay here again

Really welcoming staff, clean, good location.
The staff was incredible- from reception to the phenomenal concierge (each of those guys are wonderful). It was centrally located, close to the train station, all the tours, and most of the city trams.
The property is not accessible (stairs at the entrance), a maze inside (two elevators and a bridge is required to get to almost all the hotel rooms, is a bit too close to things that kids (mine are 4 and 7) shouldnt see, and the restaurant isnt good.
But, the concierge makes up for most of these!

Everyone at the reception was helpful and accomodating except for one woman who is Indian looking lady at the reception who name Amira if I remember it correctly who was very sarcastic and uncommodating and boastful.

Great location, pool but let down by poor front of house service and broken heating in room.
Breakfast was good, the pool and facilities by the pool were great too.
AC/Heating in our room 229 did not work, Front of house staff did not acknowledge the problem even though multiple guests had issues too, provided with an electric blower heater left in the middle of the room with cable extended out causing a trip hazard and an oil heater placed next to my childs pillow (another dangerous location). Not the inroom facilties/service I would expect paying 400 a night. Complaint made on checkout, no goodwill offered. Made a follow up complaint via email (still waiting for a response).

was super cool,
the bed wasnt comfy and there was a bit of a wait at reception to book ourselves in
