Parkview Astoria Hotel offers excellent service with a nice pool, barbershop, and mini mart. Guests enjoyed the hospitality and the beautiful location, away from the city chaos. The rooms are clean a (Read More)nd spacious, and the food served is topnotch. Some guests mentioned the need for a lift and a better response system for guests. Overall, a cool and friendly place for relaxation.

Unlikely to go back.

The room was spacious and generally finished to a high standard. It was cleaned every day. There is an onsite shop, which was convenient. The porters were helpful.

One member of the reception staff was unpleasant and unhelpful. She proposed to charge me more for my stay than the total price confirmed by booking.com. she said that booking.com always failed to take into account vat and commission. They refused to allow me to check in without paying the additional sum. Instead of contacting booking.com to correct their issue with booking.com, they placed the burden on me. I have now complained to booking.com. Minutes after checking in, the shirt I was wearing was torn by one of the stairway bannister posts. One of the corners of the post was very sharp, and the porter that was with me checked the same and agreed.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I enjoyed every moment of my stay.

I loved everything about Parkview Astoria. The staff, the receptionists, every thing went on smoothly. The staff are very hospitable, professional and receptive.

The WiFi is good but could be improved upon.

The location and staff are my favourite part of this hotel. I requested for early check-in due to ny flight arrival time, and it was granted to me. I also got a room upgrade. I enjoyed my 2nd stay and will visit again.

Excellent Stay

The room was superb. The staff were very polite, welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is secured and serene. You can take an early morning jog or an evening walk around the estate. The wifi is good, water is clean, room facilities are good and adequate.
