Good value for money. The front desk staff were amazing specially Jass who went above and beyond to drop us at our destination when we were not able to find our ride. Highly recommended place to stay.

Overall we were happy and will probably stay again

Didn't have breakfast. Location was very convenient. Our room was lovely and spacious.

Little things like tissues, a dish cloth in kitchenette and a small cutting knife. The stairwell and outside area was a little grotty with rubbish etc.

Overall the stay is good and the condition of the hotel is excellent.

The bed was very good condition and comfortable. The staffs both day and night shift are very polite, helpful and responsive.

The SPA bath didnt work when we arrived but the lady at receptionist helped us with the room move. Thai Orchid restaurant just adjacent to the hotel was an absolute gem to wrap up w beautiful evening.

Real value for money - an enjoyable experience

The room was nice and large - had a bath as well as shower. Kitchenette very helpful. Sofa bed as well as large bed so didnt have to share bed with daughter. Warm and quiet - nice outlook from top story - free parking - close to ammenities

We couldnt watch tv on demand using our own login details for some reason so had to use Netflix which didnt have the program we wanted. One of the jets on the spa bath didnt work but really that was all!
