Comfy bed, quiet room location, nice welcoming bar with good quality food. Fantastic spa facilities with friendly staff. Perfect location for visiting friends in Newport and Cwmbran.

Always look forward to staying at the Parkway Hotel and sitting In the reception in front of the roaring fire- very cosy

Very welcoming, the staff were very helpful and polite and the reception area is just gorgeous with that beautiful fireplace

Been here a couple of times food is amazing rooms gone up in price like everything else but over priced but Xmas treat love it here

Heating was up too too high but thats just me some people like it so you cant please everyone

Pleasant

Breakfast was superb, facilities such as free use of pool was great. The place was immaculate.. rooms very warm which was needed.. very cosy open fire places around the hotel.

Different charges for drinks everytime you went to the bar.. waiting time to be served wasn't that great. No mini fridge in room to keep waters etc cold.
