    Clean comfy resort next to beach for travellers who needs privacy
    Clean and comfy resort with nice pool and open space. Rooms are clean and spacious. Its next to sea beach in between two popular beach mondarmoni and soikat . Food quality is good but bit pricey with limited options.If you want to spend quality time next to beach then its ideal with lots of privacy. Staffs are helpful and accommodative.
    Entrance to the property is not pitch one and narrow.Restaurant has limited options of food. Beach adjacent is lonely and there is not food stall around . In the night its pitch dark. You cant get into water as its dirty.You must have your own transportation arrangements. They charged extra money for a 11 yrs old kid who slept along with parents in the same bed. Breakfast was basic with bread, butter, paratha , pasta, egg , tea , sweet and juice. More variety would have been nice.

    Cottage rooms are value for money for staying as the rooms upkeep & ocean view is excellent.
    The hotel doesn't have any lifts. The used plates & cutlery in the rooms corridors, should be clear on time so that cats & other pets should be avoided. I would suggest to make a designated place for keeping the used crockery & cuttleries for hygiene point of view. Staff behaviour, ambience & food quality is good

    Their Reservation Team doesn't knows how to behave with Guests. Specially for a B2B Deal they have problems as many. I would suggest them to mark their hotel as " Travel Agents / Travel Companies Are Not Allowed ".
