Guests enjoyed their stay at the Passage House Hotel, with positive comments on the spacious and clean room with a well-equipped kitchen. Location and staff very nice, lovely to have a balcony, with stunning views of the river, even in winter. Good pub next door.

Great room with balcony

Leisure facilities were excellent. We went for a swim & used jacuzzi & sauna. Room & bed were very comfortable & we had a deluxe room with a balcony which was perfect. Definitely stay again with same room!

Swimming pool.& jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer.

Good location for were we wanted to visit

Breakfast Room was cold Bath panel had a hole in it.

Area was nice. Views we good. Room was pleasant. Hotel was nice. Didn't see facility's wasn't there long enough.

Id stay again.

A great room, it also helped having no-one else in that part of the hotel as it was blessedly quiet. Great location, a decent breakfast with a lovely view. The room was great, obviously it would help if it was cheaper and I suggest having a cheap rate for a month/ week or so to encourage a full hotel. Only a suggestion.
