    Fantastic bungalow in excellent location
    Fantastic location. Not on the beach but very short walk. Felt safe and secure. Very spacious. Liked the veranda. Supermarket next door for water/snacks.
    We only had one flat pillow each. Would have liked a small fridge to keep water cool.

    The property is not worth the price and not recommended for a comfortable stay.
    Though the property is not on the beach nor has any view, there is a small lane leading to the beach, which is about 500m from the property.
    The room had no amenities, basic bed with 1 side table and a writing table with 1 chair and a small wardrobe. There is a hot kettle but no cups or glasses, no coffee or tea sachets. water was provided only on 1st day, later even after asking was not provided. No housekeeping done thorough out the stay, Same bath towels, single soap was provided nothing was replaced or asked for. There is no Phone no TV in the room. AC setting cannot be changed its only on or off. The geezer capacity is so small you only get hot water for the first 1 min or you have to wait another 2 mins for the water to heat up. Apart from this the property is just 4 independent rooms, there is no open space, no restaurant not even tea or coffee is provided. No car parking space (can park on the road at own risk). The manager Sayed was a sweet talker in the beginning. He even offered to drive and pick us from to a night club located 6 KM away, only to charge us Rs. 1000 at check out for the same.

    Spacy room, large and clean bathroom, comfy bed, aircon, mosquito net above the bed
    The accomodation is not right on the beach but 200m away. Still worth staying.

    Good option for the one who want just cottages to fresh up and rest on.
    Rooms were good. Location wise it is good. but we expected some empty space around the property which was shown in booking.com. Property was just of 4 cottages without any common space

    Relaxing, comfortable, enjoyable - would recommend!
    A very comfortable place to stay near Patnem Beach with excellent facilities. Syed was a fantastic host & happy to help with any questions. Good location, not too far from the beach, shops & restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay here!

    The location is not correct - it's not on the beach as marked in the map. It is close but not directly there - check Google maps before booking it. Do not accept credit cards even if it was written that it does.

    Cosy, clean and comfortable!
    We had such a nice stay at Patnem Beach Cottages. Having moving from another hotel where we were paying 3x per night, we found PBC incredible value. The team were amazing and the rooms were very comfortable. AND we woke up to monkeys in the trees a few mornings

    Cleanliness was not the priority. The bathroom ceiling was leaking before rains hit it. The entire roof was deafening once hit by a few showers. No hairdryer. There were no room services either.

    The room could have been more ventilated, bathroom/toilets drains were little clogged ...The plants aaround the room could have been maintained even better.
