It was good . It is what you see on the photos and we loved the pool and its was very clean and welcoming but definitel

It was a short walk to the beach and the main streets with food markets ect ect. The Pool was good .

Ok stay, but wouldnt stay again

Only a 5/10minute walk to Bangla road. 7/11 only a 2min walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean

The beds are very uncomfortable. Our view from the balcony was looking straight onto another building.

Enjoyable.

Staff really good , breakfast good choice , good English spoken.

Just a few very small things that could easily be corrected, a few hairs in bed , a stain on quilt cover , but overall a very nice hotel , Im returning in a week for a 10 day stay so hope it can achieve a perfect 10 !!

We were pleased about the atmosphere and location and would always come back to Patong Mansion.

Very friendly and always helpful staff. Well equipped rooms in a very nice design. All the rooms a very spacious. Exeptional breakfest. Roof pool in a good condition. Simply: a very pleasant stay.

Talk to the staff about the rooms when checking in. Some of them do not have a window view.

I was quoted $655 for the the room by booking.com.taxes inclusive but $725 was withdrawn on my card. In my attempts to complain to booking .comthere was an implication there was a yearly subscription ($50) to submit a complaint.So I decided it is not worth it.

Acceptable, but a few issues to attend to.

Breakfast was acceptable, nice swimming pool, towels provided on request. Lovely view from roof top pool. Rooms cleaned every day. Use of microwave oven in breakfast area allowed.

No hot water in bathroom bowl. Cooked breakfast foods barely warm. Needed to be heated in microwave oven before eating. My partner suffered many bites from bed mites. Poor form from management in refusing to provide a takeaway breakfast on our final day. Needed to leave early, disappointing after staying 8 nights. Other hotels willing to oblige with a sandwich, yoghurt and water. Afterall the breakfast was included in the price paid.
