Love the stay and the clean room.
Beautiful and spacious room. Room is also exceptionally clean. Love the fragrance at the lobby. Friendly staff and acceeded to our request. Great buffet spread during breakfast.
Located at a busy area. Our grab always got stuck in the traffic jam and worst when the driver kept complaining when sending us back. The access to Pavillion mall only opens from 10am-10pm. We had to walk outside the perimeter, which is quite a distance, after our movie ended at midnight. And we could not access the mall before 10am when we wanted to go for breakfast for a change.

Upgraded to a nice big room with a nice view n plenty of sunshine
with a king size bed though I was a solo traveller

We had booked for twin beds but was given king though the hotel provided an extra bed at no cost
