    Perfect for us and just what we needed to unwind after spending Christmas and NY in Sydney.
    Beautiful property. Wonderful greetings from the reception team. Our room was clean, tidy and provided everything we needed. The Restaurant staff both morning and evening were very helpful and friendly. Extremely reasonable prices too. Highly recommended

    Comfortable except for the lack of aircon
    Good staff. Locked gates. Easy check in and check out. Liked the spa, it was a good size.
    Aircon in room was not good enough. May as well have not been there. Has a central controller that wasnt able to give good service to all rooms. The hotel needs to upgrade it. When we complained at checkout, we were given free breakfast as a good will gesture.

    Great value for money
    The hotel is very central so everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. The restaurant and the buffet breakfast ($28 per person each morning) had great food, service and ambience. The jungle setting is really nice. The room was comfortable as well. We were very impressed with the fact that we were able to have a king and single bed in the room. Value for money was really impressive as well. Price was low but the hotel wasn't cheap. We will stay here again if we visit Canberra again.

    Friendly staff, good price and tasty food from the restaurant, the centre of the restaurant looks like rainforest, amazing setting, secure car park, the pool.
    The bathroom venting system is old, I can see dust in the walls. Sound proof is not so good. I can hear the next door guests talking loudly at night, and their kids screaming in the room at night and running in the hallway during the day.

    Lobby/ restaurant area was lovely for a late night snack and drink. Bed was comfy and blackout curtains were well appreciated. Gated carpark was a nice touch of security too.
    The bathroom/ floors seemed a little dated and perhaps needed a steam clean or a refresh. Front desk staff werent overly chatty/ hospitable but werent rude so cant fault too much
