    very cozy, large, beautiful villa, with a gorgeous view with two balconies I didnt expect that in life it would be much more beautiful than in the photo, we were greeted hospitably, everyone helped, its a 2-minute walk to the sea, everything is nearby, I highly recommend staying here, we We will come again, now this is our favorite place

    Great location, but gosh ...no hygiene anywhere!

    The unhygienic and dirty benches in the kitchen, no unused (clean) cleaning products (sponges, towels and wipes) are available to clean the dishes (gladly, we had our own), no hot water available in the kitchen tap, despite the water heater being turned on, the unhygienic state of the bathroom upstairs: dirty floors (bathroom and shower) and filthy white towels, despite the location of the villa near the standing water where mosquitoes find their nests, there are no fly screens installed in the windows or the outside sliding doors - after the first night, we both were basically eaten by mosquitoes, the A/C units stink! Probably, the ducting has never been cleaned, the broken drying rack outside on the terrace - you really cant afford a new one? Its just over 100 AED!

    Quiet and comfortable location. Not far from the beach and the hotel's reception.
    Very dirty apartment! There was a smell of cigarettes when we cheked in. On the balcony were many cigarette stubs. There weren't any clean white towels for face and shower. A lot of used dirty towels and slippers were thrown in the closet, rugs in the bathroom were also very dirty. Awful and uncomfortable mattress, your back will pain after one night on it. Only one bathroom upstairs, so inconvenient. Used and bad-smelled sponge in the kitchen. The kitchen is not equipped well.

    We enjoyed our stay here.
    Great place for family. Mustafa the assistant was very nice and helpful. And of course, we enjoyed the resort facilities too and the beach!
    The extra pillows and blanket didn't smell like they were washed clean. Bathroom/toilet is upstairs.

    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. They informed us everything over the call, Email and WhatsApp as well.
