    The staff are lovely but food, facilities and misleading advertising (beachfront) make it disappointing.
    The staff were friendly.
    The property says its Beachfront however there is a busy lane with constant motorbikes between the pool and the beach. You also need to pay for chairs on the beach. It is also very noisy and feels and looks old. Also beware of the Spa, it is out sourced and tried to charge differently to the price list.

    Most I like the location. The hotel is near beach and restaurants, beach bars. Also the pool is amazing. Stuff is very nice.
    The hotel is quite old - it would need a little bit of renovation.

    Near the beach. Big pool, clean room and the best breakfast we had in 3 weeks in Bali at a hotel.
    They don t have private beach. And the rooms smells like mold, they are old, but clean.

    We all really enjoyed our stay at the Pelangi and would definitely return.
    Great location not far from main street with shopping and restaurants and right on the beach with fabulous bars/restaurants within 3 minutes walk on beachfront walkway. Breakfast was good and it was lovely to have the pool with bar and food service after a long morning of shopping. Staff were always very friendly and very accommodating.
    We were happy with everything.

    Not what I expected thought it was bigger in pictures. But great location. Great pool with view of the beach
