    Everything was just perfect. Territory, location, personel, food, rooms, gym which we used a lot. We had a perfect holiday. Even late checkout until 17.00 before departure. I was afraid of noise from planes as location is very close to airport, but that did not disturb much at all.

    I liked this place and would like to come back
    staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, beach was very good and clean as well, nice swimming pool for child (3 years old), good breakfast, located close to the restaurants and shops
    swimming pool requires some renovation (small pieces of tiles were missing, which was a bit risky for small child)

    Me and my family had a lovely stay at this resort, loved the beach and the pools the spa was also amazing.
    I loved the location and chalet, interior was nice and spacious rooms
    The breakfast could have more variety

    Great hotel to enjoy Langkawis
    2 great pools, 1 of these perfect for swimming, the other one great to have fun with kids. The beach is amazing, white sandy beach. The gym is well equiped and facing the sea. The room was big enough and had a nice garden view. Nice staff.
    Check in and check out time was far too long for a 5 star hotel. The food order by the swimming pool was slow.

    Beautiful resort in Langkawis main tourist area. If you want to stay in this area this is the best location and hotel o
    Beautiful, spacious rooms with a big balcony. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast, nice restaurants. We were there for Christmas and they went out of their way to make it special. The Christmas dinner buffet was exceptional. Well located at the end of the busy main road.
    The sea wasnt as nice to swim in as Id hoped but the beach was lovely.

    The location is great. Beautiful sunsets. Quiet end of the the beach but still within walking distance. They have a new pool with swim up bar. Breakfast was good and included sparkling wine. A lovely touch. Garden Bungalow was very nice.
    Service at the pool and restaurants was very slow. Staff were very helpful but clearly very under staffed and running about trying theiir best to keep up.

    For the price you pay, stay somewhere else. Not worth the bad behaviour. Especially avoid if traLvelling with elderly pe
    Facilities are standard, located on a crowded beach that is not private (description is misleading). Room sizes are big and restaurants are good.
    Front desk staff is untrained and overwhelmed. Felt like a bunch of kids are running the place. We travelled with 4 senior citizens with mobility issues, and had called to request ground floor rooms - which was not honoured. Check in took 2 hours, check out took more than an hour. Ms. Janat who manages front desk, repeatedly promised us help and did not do anything, which wasted precious hours. Extremely disappointing. The resort is promising, but it has basic design flaws. Wardrobe is inside the bathroom, which is odd. Day beds on the beach were really dirty, with no staff to clean them. There were also water issues (bathroom tap had no water) during the stay.
