Disappointing

Poor check in experiance

Location was great - handy carpark too

There was only one person on the desk. A couple had an issue checking in in front of us, the guy on the desk couldn't fix it and was waiting for someone to call him back. Instead of asking them to wait in the seating area he kept them at the desk. After 20 mins I sat down, people came and went for another 20 mins because they got sick of queing. After near an hour the people sitting at the desk moved themselves to the seating area and two people who were qued got seen too first even though he could see I was waiting all that time. No initiative or general common sense displayed

Very good

Great Dublin city stay, especially if you have a car

- Very cosy and well decorated townhouse hotel - Friendly and helpful staff at reception - Secure and free parking for hotel guests in the back alley of the hotel (for Dublin a big plus)

- While bathroom decor style was nice, the shower was included in the bath tub which is not the most comfortable as you have to climb in and out.

Really nice hotel

Very nice atmosphere in the hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel provides free coffee/ tea and pastries which was very kind of them. Pretty rooms and bathroom. Nice area.

We had the room to the side of the street and you could hear noises from there but that wasnt too bad.

Central, Comfortable but ask for a nice room!!!

The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was extremely central with fab hotels down the road. The room was spotless and was perfect for our stay.

We got a room right beside the carpark - it was a bit noisy and the walls of the room were quite thin. Could hear people outside the room talking and that.

The Pembroke Townhouse has become our go to when staying in Dublin. The rooms are lovely, there's a good atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are friendly and a big bonus for us is the on site parking. We plan to stay here again and again.
