The property is neat and the staff are very friendly
My wife and I were booked in a room with an adjoining door to another room, there was no privacy. We could hear the conversations of the guests in the other room and I think they could hear ours. It would have been a good idea to look our children into the adjoining room, instead they booked our children two floors below us

In the questionnaire sent prior to the stay, reason for stay and dietary requirements were asked. Of which I specified anniversary and halaal. Upon arrival complimentary cake and a bottle of alcohol was present. Whereas the gesture was appreciated, the ignorance in 2023 to present alcohol was a bit alarming

The stay was overall superb, friendly staff, clean facilities and great value for money.
We were unable to use the hotels facility at Camps Bay Beach due to being given an incorrect key, therefore we were unable to access the facility.
This was going to come in handy as the shuttle driver was delayed (he did explain that he will be late due to traffic)

Decent Hotel stay. Clean and comfy. Consider proximity to loud Long Street over weekends.
The apartment was large and clean. Great views with the balcony toward the mountain. Comfortable bed and linen.
The apartment had zero crockery, cutlery, or glassware (except for the 2 coffee cups on the tray). Someone probably forgot to put it in the cupboards. The proximity to Long Street and the Backpackers can be troublesome if you are staying over a festive period or weekends - although the glazing does a decent job of keeping out the sound - the bass and beat of music and loud chatter in the streets do affect your night rest.

Lovely place only if it was sound proof.
It was close to most attractions, the stuff were helpful and friendly. If you like night life then this property will be perfect for you cause long street is just a few steps away.
The location of the property due to it being close to all the clubs at long street the noise level was too too much specially for the kids,you can only get sleep around 3:30 am on weekends after the clubs have closed

Everything was exceptional for us. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. We enjoyed the facilities, the hotel has quite a lot to do. The spa can get fully booked so definitely book so you can experience the beauty of the spa. The hotel provided transportation to camps bay and V&A, and beach towels.

Having a fridge snd safe
No towels provided on many days. Pens got missing most of the days . Difficulty getting dry cleaning done as no bags. I was double charged for dry cleaning.
