    Nice setting and location everything else was dissapointing would not recommend
    The location was close to most attractions on cradle mountain, and the setting in the woods was stunning
    The service was horrible, the food was inedible and took a very long time, you were not well looked after or cared for considering the price of the rooms and food, rooms very outdated and old

    Great location surroundes by amazing walks. Would definitely recomend!
    Amazing location with beautiful walks right from your accomodations front door. Breakfast is great with plenty of options available and the lodge provides the best location for a good drink and fees after a long days hiking!
    The cabin was pretty basic, and not quite what I expected for the amount we paid. However the location makes the cost understandable.

    Great location and facilities - shame about the customer service and quality
    The restaurant and facilities was top rate.
    Reception staff were unfriendly and there was a mouse in our room. When reported it was accepted by reception that mice could be a problem in this area.

    Location was excellent and rooms were a relatively good size
    The property is in need of an upgrade guests need wifi in their rooms and personally we like a TV too with the option to use it. The dining options are very limited the tavern food was below par ! I sent mine back.! And the restaurant was very expensive with quite a few things that were on the menu not available .

    Comfortable stay with a warm tavern for bad weather
    The staff at the restaraunts were outstanding and the lodge very warm and inviting . The room was cosy and the fireplace easy to use.
    Overall there was nothing missing but I expected more luxury from a so called Spa Suite. Perhaps the front office staff could have been a little more forthcoming, helpful and optimistic . The spa and the fine dining were fully booked and unavailable.

    Overall we had a lovely time enjoying the walks and surroundings
    Lots of wildlife surrounding the property Friendly staff
    Would have been nice to see some Xmas decorations up as it was around Xmas time we visited . Beds were hard and breakfast was a bit disappointing and nothing on for New Years Eve had to go to the Cradle Mountain Hotel where we had a great time with live entertainment.

    Great location next to shuttle service. Great trails directly from lodge as well. Nice atmosphre in the bar
    Dining in the restaurant was over prized. Food was trying to be something it was not and service was inexperienced

    Loved the location, beautiful nature walks, close to the national park, got to see up close wombats and pademelons. very freindly and helpful staff, amazing scenery. Would recommend to stay to nights to fully appreciate the location.
    breakfasts were included in cost which was great, but it lacked a little finesse.

    Excellent location and good place to wind down and relax
    Excellent location and very close to the wildlife. We could see wild animals from our cabin. The fireplace also made the cabins very warm and cosy.
