An wonderful view and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location
A clean and comfortable room with a really good and comfy bed. a FANTASTIC view of the Plaza Mayor!
Reception and concierge staff really friendly and efficient
The slow service in the bar/restaurant. Breakfast service was good but at other times the bar and evening restaurant were somewhat pedestrian. The spa has a small pool and it allows children in up to 4pm. A screaming toddler jumping into the pool is not my idea of a spa!

Beautiful hotel, with friendly staff good breakfast and a great location.
Stayed 3 nights over Christmas. Great location, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast with lots of options. We used the sauna and indoor pool, nice facilities. Cant go wrong with this choice.
Sauna wasnt hot enough and pool was too cool.

Great location, safe and close to a lot of iconic landmarks of Madrid.
The only downside in the room is the narrow and tiny space where the toilet was located, better to have only one sink but give more space to the toilet.

Property location was great. Restaurant was nice, breakfast was lovely.
Rooms were very small! If I was staying for more than 3 nights, it would be challenging!
