The resort is literally a paradise. The staff is amazing,they are really friendly and helpful. Especially Don is a great guy helped us about everything.The beach is fantastic. There only very few people around so you feel like it is your private beach. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is very nice. We stayed in sunset section of the resort. The view at sunset time is soo beautiful. All pools are very cool and nicely maintained. Breakfast is nice
Even though i am a very critical person i cant find many things about what i didnt like :). At a very specific time of the day(early evening) , the mosquitos invade the resort. You need a repellent or to stay inside. There are oldschool ACs in the rooms. That might make the rooms air quality a bit poor.

Stunning location, fabulous beaches, great hotel
The location is fabulous, the hotel beach is stunning. The staff were also very polite and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a sunset villa with pool which was also a lovely space but at the very top of the resort, however you can call on a buggy to collect you or drop you off and the maximum waiting time was only 5 mins. Easy understandable tour guides onsite offering a good selection of trips from longboats or speed boats moored up at the resort beach
Small issue with the shower that was rectified within the hour

There is no club cart al days that takes us up to the villa so we had to walk a lot , it was very tiring

The Bungalow directly located at the white sandy beach was amazing. A perfect resort to relax, enjoy the sea or explore the island.
The attack from the aggressive sea water was visible at the Bungalow but the view and location compensates for that. Renovation work was ongoing in some areas of the resort but this was not disturbing.

My friend was contacted by staff in a dating app listing their room number. When we complained and wanted to be moved the manager said it wasnt their staff although we showed them the text.

Amazing remote location, absolutely stunning. Great boat trips from the hotel.
Room we had was a bungalow - nicely laid out. Ours was one of the un-refurbished rooms and it was still nice. The hotel had a watersports place offering boat trips and that was fantastic - staff were great and the trips were good value for money and cheaper than booking online on travel sites. The hotel is quite remote, far from the main town in Phi Phi but as such the scenery is incredible and it has a lovely relaxed vibe. If you are looking for a total switch off type break it is perfect.
The hotel is undergoing some upgrades and refurbishment of rooms so some of the areas were blocked off for construction - it didn't impact our stay but it might have if your room was adjacent to the ones being refurbished.
