    The location is amazing if wanna rest and relax. The private beach in front of the hotel is wonderful and we could see a lot of fishes.

    Very good location in a quiet place with surrounding in the nature
    Everything was perfect. The location, the view, restaurant, personnel. The hotel has a private beach and the surrouding beaches were reachable. One can go the city with long boat. The restaurant was very good, but one has other restaurants in the surrounding as options or in the city. The trip to Maya Bay could be undertaken from the beach itself.
    The sound of long boats, that was irritating.

    View from the balcony is nice and has its own beach.
    1) have to pay for a taxi each time you want to leave the hotel. There should be a free shuttle every 30 mins or hour in my opinion. 2) the pool is tiny and out of the way. If scuba classes aren't on you can use the scuba pool which is nice. 3) boats cut through the beach you swim in so if you want to swim the short distance to shark point you need to be careful from boats. I recommend closing off the boat route to the far side of shark point. 4) taxi boats drop you off in the water, not a dock. 5) need a hose or tap outside the bedroom to wash off the sand because of the above. Otherwise room is filled with sand 6) the quality of food is below average. Girlfriend got food poisoning there 7) to book activities from the hotel you can't put it on the room and have to pay with cash (nearest cash machine is a 10 min walk away) 8) rooms are a bit outdated 9) need to walk up a steep hill to the room

    Location is really nice by the Long Beach, nice view from the hillside bungalows, great dive school
    Staff is not very friendly, they hardly talk, restaurant is quite inefficient and the food mediocre (and cold), they could do more for the environment (less plastic (bottles), staff at reception were wearing jumper because of the aircon despite its half open-space), the constant noise from the boats is very annoying (early morning to 11 pm), also the techno time from 9pm to 10pm is rather strange and it feels its at the wrong place (at least it stops 10pm sharp), bungalows are a bit dated

    Amazing place for Christmas
    We loved the chilled location on beautiful Long Beach. It's a lot quieter than the town side. Yes you have to get a long boat to town, but it's only 100bhat and you can easily get a boat at any time. The snorkelling outside the hotel is fantastic. We saw 5 baby black up sharks. Staff are really friendly and attentive.
    Hotel food is a bit overpriced but to be expected in a resort. The resort is a bit rough around the edges i.e. pipers running along steps, bits of trash in the garden area.

    We loved how the resort was a little further away from the busy centre of Phi Phi. The resort is right on the beach and you can catch some incredible sunsets. Would 100% recommend!
    Our room was quite far up a hill and there isnt much light so it was hard to find our room at night.
