Strategic location and delightful staff, but small rooms

The location is perfect, walking distance to all point of attractions. The breakfast is good and the staffs are really nice.

We are disappointed with the room size. It is very small as compared to the pictures. The lack of space for opening and unpacking two large luggages became a frustrating aspect of our stay here at this hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Good selection. Staff very helpful. Location excellent.

We have stayed here quite a few times and think that it now needs brightening up. Painting in the breakfast room which is looking grubby.
