    We loved our stay here.
    The breakfast and complementary afternoon tea was excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was near temples and markets which were very easy to walk to
    The TV had only one English speaking channel.

    Very nice hotel for a solo traveler in Chiang Mai.
    Very nice hotel. Close to some good restaurants. The staff were very friendly once at the Hotel. Helped me book taxis and a tour. Rooms were large and clean. Upgraded my room. Good cable TV options.
    Kind of further away from all the action happening by the Gate. Kind of a quiet neighborhood which some might prefer. Rooms and facilities seemed a little older. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Bath Tub and Shower was kind of difficult to navigate if you were older or mobility impaired. Was hacked by someone through Booking.com that sent me a message wanting payment even though I already pre-paid.

    Staff were very friendly. The room was large and clean. Free items included in mini bar. Good breakfast.
    Air conditioning should not be blowing directly on the bed. Bath/shower set up makes it so that impossible to take a shower without getting water everywhere.

    Love this place so much!
    The rooms are very spacious and clean with modern facilities. It is always my go to place when in Chiang Mai,. Friendly staff and top notch breakfast. Beautiful peaceful surrounding.
    I only wish the pool was open for an extra hour.

    Friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty meals
    There is space to improve the drain system in the Bath room. It is an architectural challenge. Floor gets wet when taking shower. The drain was smelly.
