    Location, cleanliness & comfort is very good. Restaurant ambience and quality of food is average.
    The hotel is a perfect location. The room was comfortable.
    The Buffet Dinner on New Year's Eve was very disappointing. It's a mass production line. The quality of food needs to be improved for the pricing of R395 per person. I would not recommend New Year's Eve Dinner at Piazza. The presentation was okay but, the taste was disappointing. A tin foil should be utilised for pouring wine so as to avoid spillage. Proper towel serviettes should be utilised for such an occasion and not just white paper serviettes. The restaurant lacks ambience and requires improvement in what it has to offer. Breakfast was good.

    It was a very pleasant short stay will definitely go back.
    breakfast was exceptional best omelette made by the chef (really dont want to make a mistake with his name but he was a very friendly guy tall and full of jokes which gives a person a good vibe for the entire day )

    Not much Room was clean But very little tea things Only 1 bottle of water Bed was uncomfortable Set up doesn't offer any privacy
    I only booked for new year's eve celebration But there was none. No one had any info on it Had a countdown on the big screen but no sound. No music No festivities Totally worthless Staff were clueless about celebrations Very disappointed Total waste of money
