Fantastic amenities (various pools with different temp, gym, yoga etc etc). Very good breakfast, very nice personnel. On top of everything we had a complimentary upgrade to 2 great rooms with wonderful (jungle) views.
Price for dinner was a bit on the ambitious end.

Great Hotel with amazing staff and Spa
The room was fantastic as well as all of it's amenities, private pool. large bathtub, minibar and the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, a great pastry selection as were the Banh Mi, noodle and omelette stations as well as a great selection of coffees and teas. The Complex has four pools, included a heated pool. Fantastic selection of local food. Maybe the best Spa I have visited in Asia

Lovely hotel outside of town
The hotel breakfast was wonderful, with many options and outdoor seating. We are still COVID-cautious and prefer to eat outdoors. We stayed over Christmas and they had a lovely "Festive Dinner" so that we could still have a family holiday meal.
The staff were attentive and polite.
The bathtub was very nice since it was cold and rainy while we were there - the tub was quick to fill and deep enough for a good soak in warm water.
I wish we had had better weather to enjoy the amenities.
My mother had some hygienic concerns with the housekeeping but the Manager was prompt to address it.
A minor complaint - the free shuttle into town should be more frequent. But the hotel staff were able to quickly call a taxi for you.

Wonderful stay in historic Hue....very interesting place.....Citadel is a must !!
Room was lovely as we were upgraded.....enjoyed the outside shower very much in the hot climate. Also a very nice touch to have free Tai Chi & Yoga Class in the mornings. Breakfast... we didn't include in our booking... had it twice during our stay as we prefer to eat out locally. The staff were lovely and a special thank you to Thi Thanh...GR Manager....what an asset for the hotel she is.
