    Terrible experience with staff. He did not even allow me to check in despite my advanced booking or at least listen to my queries. Worst experience I ever had in LA. I should have listened to my friends. This property is too sketchy.

    Scam hostel doesn't exist
    Don't book this place. I booked for a night there and I went to the address which is mention on the pineapple hostel booking.com page. There is nothing there. Once I arrived there I call the number nobody answered and reply to me by sms that they were already closed. Booking.com has the main responsibility to give no scam places. I tried to call to Booking and they are really hard to get them on the phone. Specially that you need to give a number reservation with a pin but when it is a scam you don't even have a pin for the number of reservation. It is the second issue with booking that I have in a period of 2 weeks.

    Beds were nearly on the floor, very shakey. Bathroom inside the room noisy. Area close to university.

    That it was clean
    They send you the address without the house number so unless you call them its nearly impossible for you to find the place so thats very concerning Also they don't have lockers, so any of the other guests could steal your stuff while your gone so thats scary

    I was in a trip for work, so this place was very useful, especially given the good location. The hostel is also pretty clean, which was one of the parts I liked most.

    The hostel is in a very good location of LA and very comfortable, with good public transport nearby.
    The place was really clean and comfortable to spend time. I think the comfort/location for money really worth it!

    Great stay!
    The staff was super nice. We were travelling in a group of 5 and they put us in one room in order to stay all together. The room had one toilet which was nice. Definitely recommend!
    Bunk bed of 3 could be a little bit uncomfortable, specially if you are tall and large.
