    A great base to explore not only Bhaktapur, but all of the Kathmandu valley
    - easily the best accommodation of our trip - stunning location with beautiful views from our room - very friendly, attentive and helpful staff - very quiet (although that might be different when the hotel is fully booked) - very nice room with large, comfy beds. Lots of space for our stuff. - brilliant restaurant with excellent Italian and very good Nepalese cuisine - excellent breakfast with a huge selection
    - the Wifi was adequate but not great

    Nice room, beautiful view, amazing food, nice staff, super organized with the best tours ever. Tours are really special and they will let you discover the real Hindu and Buddhist culture. They also talk many languages!

    A real family hotel: the ambiance is truly relaxed and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and forthcoming it felt like home. The food, both breakfast and dinner and both local as western kitchen, was delicious. The garden is great and has amazing views. A tour of Bhaktapur by the manager can be booked easily, was individualized and was very informative on local culture and heritage.

    A great place if you want a peaceful , relaxing place to stsy.
    Its beautifully positioned in a garden setting with views to the mountains , the staff are a delight very attentive and friendly , and the foods great . Theres a library , inner courtyard garden filled with flowering pot plants , upper roof terrace aswell as the wrap around gardens and a dining area, the whole house is well laid out, spacious and has a lot of charm .The rooms are large and airy , mine had a balcony , wifi is good and showers hot . Its near the city and its also possible to visit a nearby temple further up the road . The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome , comfortable and enjoy the stay .

    Perfectly situated. Quiet location with spacious grounds, clean, comfortable rooms, and delicious food from the on-site restaurant, all at very reasonable prices. Super friendly and helpful staff.

    We had a wonderful time in Planet Bhaktapur Hotel. During the 9 days festival season we enjoyed the silence and peace in their beautiful garden and the only short walk to city center. It was a warm and familiar atmosphere, the Nepali and Italian food was varied and delicous. You can also do a cooking class or book a Yoga lesson. After our Trek to ABC we really enjoyed the hot shower with best water pressure in Nepal. The Hotel Manager is also a guide and gave a lot of background information and suggestions for excursions. Many thanks to the very helpful Hotel team making our stay in Bhaktapur so special.
