    The swimming pool is good and the location of hotel is good.
    Poor hospitality and staff of fame restaurant is even worse. The manager Karl does not understand the issue at all and keeps arguing and putting baseless points. On new year eve the Waiters were illiterate and didn't understand simple words like "soft drinks" or starters

    Nothing. Please avoid. It is unnecessarily over priced.
    Food is horrible. They could not even get the dal khichadi right. Even after giving feed back several times, the food was absolutely below par.

    Excellent staff , ultimate location, very clean beach , very delicious food.
    This resort is actually on the Utroda beach , which is very isolated and clean . This is kind of private beach to the resort
    There was property maintenance was going on while guests were staying, creating a mess and unhygienic environment.

    Good, but not up to the mark
    Close to the beach and the beach bars there. The staff was good, but we asked for things which we didn't get help with.
    - Food was expensive, and I can't understand how they can have 30% cheaper food if you pay with dineout, should be for all guests - Lots of noise outside the room in the middle of the night, someone hammering from 1am onwards to prepare a wedding - Not as clean as it should be, not dusted behind the door and mirrors not clean - Very expensive transport when booking with the hotel, and car was old and dirty

    Great property ruined by constant events of large and loud groups.
    Property is beautiful, with nice amenities. Room was very tastefully decorated and the bed was huge. We got a room with a balcony, and even the balcony has a small cozy bed for two, and a 1-seater couch. Staff is very courteous and helpful.
    The hotel is always booked for large events and that causes a lot of inconvenience for other guests. We stayed there for 3 nights, 4 days and every day there was a new group for around 30-40 people (or more). Right from morning breakfast, where we had trouble getting an empty table. During the day, there is announcements happening on the mic for some corporate team building activities, and evening onwards there was loud music from wedding celebrations. Even the next door property had weddings every day, so that music was also there. We came to this hotel for some quiet time nestled away in south Goa. If we wanted the hustle and bustle, we could have gotten a property at half the price in north goa. But these events ruined our experience.

    Location and proximity to the beach.
    Inadequate number of restaurant staff. They are all very warm and welcoming but due to fewer numbers they are always too busy finishing chores than paying attention to guests. They have a weird house keeping policy, once in a day at random time they will knock thrice on the door and if you fail to answer they will walk straight inside and start room cleaning without authorisation.
