Horrible service. They never cleaned our room. Even after multiple calls for me. Housekeeping complained that they had a lot of people calling in sick. But they found time to clean rooms that they wanted to rent out. Obviously, they didnt care about the customers they already had. Could not get Internet to work on my second device even after multiple calls to customer service finally gave up

The location is good.
The staff was extremely unsupportive, and I had the worst experience ever. The staff came at 1 am on night to give towels and didn't even announce room service when asked. He was probably drunk. Also, it's not a value-for-money deal. I would stay someplace else as I visit Vegas every year.

The hotel was close to lots of shopping and eating options. The rooms were spacious and we were able to get joining rooms.
The beds were very hard, and the pillows were flat. Housekeeping was non existent and we had to call for towels daily.

Great Stay in Las Vegas Strip
Very big room, good wifi, location few minutes away from all the major attractions. Ample parking. Lots of shows and shopping areas inside the resort. The check out was super easy
The checkin was very chaotic. The app for checkin doesnt work for non US mobile number holders. A tea/coffee making facility in the room could have been good.

Difficult to communicate with, unfriendly staff, facilities closed and still require a resort fee, smoky rooms, when requiring guest service a digital option was given which didnt respond to requests

Parking far but the hotel room and bathroom were big.
Big room and bathroom. Great location on the strip, right across the street from the Bellagio. We got a great deal for being on the strip. Kiosk check-in was great!
The walk from the parking lot to the lobby was far. The second day our room didnt get cleaned. We needed to call. Auto parking initially didnt work, but the front desk fixed it .
