    The Plaza Hotel Lucchesi offers a spacious and clean room with a full-sized bathroom. The location is perfect for attractions and the staff are helpful. The rooftop bar had slow service, but the lobb (Read More)y lounge provided prompt service. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and the rooftop bar/pool is a highlight. The hotel is safe and in a convenient location. The only downside is the pricey drinks at the bar. Overall, a great hotel with amazing views and friendly service.

    Have stayed here before, it used to exceptional! Highly recommended and you will be made to feel quite special during your stay.

    Not sure I would stay there again.
    The History of the Hotel and the roof view was the best!!
    For the price, the room was very small and had no view. Room service, I had to ask twice. And breakfast was not included in the charge. BUT MY FRIENDS GOT BREAKFAST INCLUDED. When I asked if they could change it, they did not! That was enough to make me not be happy with my stay!!!

    Loved the 2 storey family rooms which were very practically set out. Location is fantastic, walking distance to all the major attractions. Rooftop bar has amazing views and a very relaxed vibe around the pool for sunset drinks. Breakfast had good quality, varied options. Staff were mostly very helpful. We would absolutely return.
    One member of staff was particularly unhelpful (repeatedly) at breakfast. To the extent that on day 3 we stopped going there, as she was so unwelcoming. The other breakfast staff were wonderful.

    The roof top pool and bar has a great view. The staff were superb and really cared.

    The rooftop view over Florence was a highlight. The pool is small, but perfect for cooling off in the afternoon and didnt feel over crowded which was nice. Short walk from main attractions and great restaurants/cafes.
    The bed was very hard and the prices of drinks/food.

    Absolutely fantastic!
    Pool was perfect for the hot days, conceirge was friendly and helpful, room was lovely, soaps and other room items were great, housekeeping was excellent, felt safe, welcomed, good hospitality, beautiful building.

    In general its very good hotel & location but need to lower the rates
    Great location size of the suit Deputy manager was helpful
    the isolation in the hotel is not so good , you can hear everything thing in the near rooms. A bit expensive
