    Loction and staff were great.
    The beds were uncomfortable and it was very noisy. Also, the heat was way too hot and we couldn't adjust it. This could have been our fault

    The hotel is close to the metro, walking distance to many grocery stores and restaurants. The room is big enough. Pillows are good, bed is comfortable but creaky. There is a fridge with minibar. There is a bathtub, and shampoo, hand soap and lotion. Towels are clean and white. They offer coffee, tea and water in the lobby for free.
    Air conditioner did not work. Two days the coffee machine was out of order.

    The room was big and it had a minibar and a fridge which is always appreciated. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel is very pretty and I love that is pet friendly and they were very welcoming of our dog. The first day we forgot to put the do not disturb sign and they changed the towels and made the bed very nicely. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and always gave us every indication or information we needed. Great service overall. Also great location. Right next to the train and walking distance from a lot of great places.
    However, the room wasnt very clean from the start. I found a bug and the floors were a little dirty, the couch as well. The room was incredibly hot to the point were even with the heat off it was still hot, so we had to open the window and leave it open. On the second day we got stuck on the elevator and they took forever, so we had to figure out a way for us to get out of the elevator ourselves, since whoever came and didnt communicate if anything was being done to get us out. Overall our stay was pretty decent, I gotta say, since the people are very friendly and nice and the hotel is very well located and pretty, I expected more of the room.

    I enjoyed my stay but I will not return in the future and I won't recommend it as a place to stay.
    Room was adequate. Location is great.
    Post-stay customer service is AWFUL. In error, I left a personal item in the room, so as soon as I realised this (same day as departure) I followed up and asked if the item had been found and asked for it be forwarded to me at my expense. ZERO response to five emails sent to their website, email address on Facebook, and Messenger. No response. Pitiful. Also, I had to leave a pet deposit of 50 euros at reception which I didn't mind at all, and thankfully I remembered to ask the receptionist for it when we checked out. I wonder how many guests forget to ask for their 50 euros and are not reminded, and don't receive it.
