very good stay but I feel there has been some mistake on pricing by Booking.com for this property as we heard of people

The only one good thing in this hotel - location
They pretend to be in luxury segment, but in fact are very far from it. For 200$ per night you will live in pantry 13m. No hot water. Leakage. Bad smell of Diesel. A lot of noise. We had 2 nights in this place. For 400$ our vacation was spoiled.
Stuff is trained good only working with complains. But there are 0 resolution. They will say you "yes-yes-yes" but nothing will be done.

The very best in cherapunjee
The location is unparalleled in cherapunjee. You get to see the majestic 7 sisters walterfall from all around the property and the vast expanse of valley till the horizon. The staff are very cordial and food is delicious.
They have a nice arrangement of complimentary high tea in the evening which was pleasantly surprising. We also took spa treatment and found the experience worthwhile. Only improvement required on the water filtration system in the pool and a better changing room facility.
The pool filtration was not good. My eyes reddened after half an hours of swimming.

The view was rhe best part of the trip
The suite was not what I expected. The jacusssi although was nice did not function properly. There was a constant tapping on the tin roof in the early hours of the morning which disrupted both of our sleep. The food was average.

Fabulous trip! Definitely worth returning back and will surely do one day.
Love the serene, tranquil ambiance surrounded by lush greens of the towering mountains of Meghalaya and overlooking the gorgeous waterfalls. The infinity pool looking over the clouds was the best feature.
Some bathroom features such as the tiles could be a bit more clean.
The flowers on the bed meant for honeymooners should be removed for certain guests who are not couples and traveling as friends. Seeing a bed of red roses made us a little bit awkward as we were two friends and not a married couple.
The timing for the bar could be an hour longer if possible, they shut it at 10 pm.
