Family friendly great location.

The location and kitchenette. Hotel looks modern and easy to access.

The minor defects in the room, the outside noise early in the morning and fridge froze most food.

Location was great

The rooms were very, very dated, and the bedheads weren't attached to the beds. They banged on the wall when you got in and out of bed. One of the reception staff didn't speak English at all, made it very difficult to communicate.

Great place to stay

Location was great, we were able to check in earlier than expected with no problem, and staff was extremely nice, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean, and good size for 4 adults, we had a great view. And UBER pick up was directly outside the hotel making it very convenient. The beach is walking distance, and hotel offers beach towels. There is a bank, convenience stores, restaurants and bars literally steps from this hotel. Air conditioner worked great, room tempreature was perfect, and a great clean hotel for the price. We called for towels and pillows and room service was always courteous and quick.

Although it was nice that the room had a balcony, they had no balcony furniture (chairs) and in the room there is only 1 chair. We were in room 403 and for some reason coffee maker only produced warm coffee, not hot. And although they did offer an iron in the room there was no ironing board. The hotel does have a pool but due to there being only shade the pool was extremely cold. There is only one pool, very little pool furniture and no hot tub. However, your in Hawaii, who needs a pool when the beach is just feet away.
