    Everything was great,nice room hot water,lovely receptionist all very helpful...opposite veg.breakfast very good ...I even got a hairdryer...loved pondicherry and the hotel

    Waste of Money! Try other hotels please. Not recommended.
    Firstly, what they show in the picture is not the room they rent. They gave us a small room, with barely enough space to move. Secondly, the staff was not friendly & rude. Thirdly, we had to ask for everything... Toiletries, Water, etc. Fourthly, the shower was dripping constantly. Fifth, the wardrobe was non-operational. They had to call the carpenter, but even he could not make it work. Last, but not the least, the room was stinky and small. We have had better & bigger rooms elsewhere which cost us much less than what we paid here. Absolutely not recommended!

    Very clean, comfortable. Delicious local and continental food at the restaurant. Very close to the sea shore and the French town.

    It was close to the beach
    I had booked for a room with extra bed as 3 of us were traveling. Budget was planned accordingly, after reaching there they asked us to take suite room as it comes with a living room as well. But the space was so congested to even move around. It costed us almost 5k per night. TV had no channels subscription. Breakfast was included but Food was not upto the mark at all.

    Lovely
    We had a lovely room with a balcony so could have the breeze and see the Diwali fireworks. Room was large and comfortable and plenty of hot water with own room water heater. Staff were excellent. We ate in the restaurant below twice and food was great. Restaurant was full. Lovely safe area and easy to walk down the tree lined streets. Owner greeted everyone at breakfast and was freely available as were all her staff for any help. Would recommend
