Perfect hotel for a perfect stay in Chaing Mai.

This property is within walking distance to old town and night bazaar. The staff are friendly and the breakfast choice is great!

Will be back for the next trip in Chiang mai :)

All the staffs we met are very nice and friendly. We requested to keep the luggages at the hotel one day before check-in date (because we have to go to another place that we cannot carry the luggages to) which the staff is so welcomed and willing to help us. Moreover, snacks and drinks (e.g. coffee, tea, bottle of water) are available 24 hours at the first floor. The overall environment is very cozy too.

Hidden gem, good location, quiet at night. Free drinks & snacks available all day and night.

Pool small and only 5 loungers, so bear that in mind if choosing for a pool hotel.

A hotel that needs a lot of room renovation.

Nice pool, decent breakfast and helpful staff. Good location also. Yet it does mot deserve a 9 by far.

The rooms. Dirty, old, smelly, ready to collapse doors, old faucets toilet old everything. And dusty dirty moldy. I stayed in better 3 star hotels 30 years ago in post communist Romania. After the pandemics this hotel wasnt refreshed at all at least not in the rooms. For transit it is decent but to enjoy the city no way. For the money you find much better alternatives in the area. Pity because it has so much potential

Its got hostel vibes with private rooms

The pool is nice an cool but Access to plenty of free filtered water at all times

First impressions - trying to check in and passed around to 3 people who are taking my details and answering the phone in front of me like I dont exist. Then the fuss of an extra key card. Netflix - sort it out. Only 4 people can use it at one time and you promote yourself being a hotel knowing youll have more than 4 people occupying the rooms. The pool is nice a cool but it need regularly cleaning. Dirty foot prints in hallways that were there the entire stay. Dust and dirt in the lift for the full 4 nights we were there too was not the most pleasant either. You did offer free laundry but now its chargeable at 40 baht per load when around the corner its 20 baht
