    Perfect stay before and after a flight
    The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive and made me feel at ease, especially as a solo female traveller. There were some issues with billing which they addressed very quickly and without stress. I felt very taken care of and were helpful in advising tourist attractions. The food was exceptionally good too especially the breakfast.
    The location, while being very close to the airport, is quite far from Fort kochi. With traffic it can take quite some time to get there and back, so I'd suggest to do all the sightseeing before staying here.

    The best hotel!
    This hotel had great staff, hospitality and I enjoyed my meals. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The manager Arun was lovely as well as Vinil and all the other wait staff were professional yet warm. I also loved how local and Indian artists were featured on their walls. It's very tasteful. As I stayed over Christmas, the festive cake was fabulous and the manager put two pieces aside as he knew I wanted some. The gym is super clean, and the design of the hotel and rooms are beautiful. Stay here any time.
    Pool isn't as nice as Marriott's as does not have much green, but everything else makes up for it so not a big drawback.

    Clean modernly design hotel. Friendly staff. We had hard time with the spicy dishes at dinner and breakfasts, and the manager had instructed the kitchen staff to prepare for us a special dish by western standards.
    Nearby muezzin calling for prayers a few times a day, woke us up at 5am. Bed mattress a bit hard. Lots of mosquitos at the lobby.

    Exceptional customer service and neat setting of the room. The Room Service and buffet breakfast were excellent and relished every signature recipe.
    The hotel didn't' give me a chance to raise a complaint.

    Fantastic place to be in
    The ratio price to services was the best during our trip to India. If you need to stay in Cochin near the airport, you will not find a better place. Absolutely fabulous kitchen, staff and ..roof-top swimming pool.
    I think selling alcoholic beverages would be a cherry on the cake but there is bar 100m away in sisters Marriott.

    Staff were amazing and so accommodating. Hotel is about 2 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle service. Great hotel and facilities. Food was also very good!!

    We loved everything about our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and sweet. Everything about the hotel feels less like a hotel and more like a cozy home. The traditional kerala food prepared by the chef at the breakfast and dinner buffets is as aunthentic and delicious is at can get.

    Comfortable place for a short stay. Obviously it is made that way, considering it's an airport hotel
    Breakfast was good. Everything was prepared very well and were very tasty.
    Room size is small, didn't like the bathroom tiling. No cupboard in the room.
