Nice hotel in a great location.

Great location, clean rooms, and loved the snacks and coffee/tea on each floor. Great place from which to explore Portland.

A bit overpriced and rooms felt a bit dated. Also valet parking was the only choice and it was quite pricey for the stay.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

The close proximity to downtown Portland, and a lot of the amenities like the pantry.

Lack of mirrors in the room itself. And the lack of additional blankets.

It was an ok experience, can be a great experience with improvements

The location of the hotel was perfect; The free breakfast and drinks (coffee, tea) was great; providing free gift wrap and a station to wrap gifts was nice; accommodation were made; housekeeping were friendly but didnt know English, so hard to communicate

Elevator wasnt working so had to carry my bags to the valet; one of the valet guys had an attitude; car was improperly tagged ; the initial room assigned wasnt well maintained; bathroom shower was small; bathroom shower gel wasnt as good; sink drain and thermostat had issues

cute little hotel in the center of Portland

cute place, great location, nice staff, clean, comfortable room.

Pillows need replacing ASAP and valet parking only isn't a suitable option in the off season.

bad experience with my room looked like someone slept in my bed and it was never changed full of hairs and body fluids stains discusting .

Location, quiet, comfortable, clean.

Hard to locate correct entrance when walking up. Valet was upset with my sister for pulling in to pick up me and my bag when there was no where else to do so.

We had a great stay. The room was comfy and quiet. We enjoyed the drinks at the bar as well as breakfast in the morning. The coffee station was a great bonus.
