Very good

It was expensive but we like it.

They did everything what we asked for breakfast. We loved the pool. It quite big and comfortable.

They charge plus 12% if we pay by card for, for the extras, like extra bed and transportation. The TV was too small for the room.

Friendly staff, convenient location, clean comfortable bedroom, pool clean.

Wifi was intermittent and would have appreciated better coffee either filter or cappuccino at breakfast.

Quiet hotel close to beautiful beach

Lovely hotel, peaceful, close to a beautiful beach, friendly staff and a massive pool very nice room. Mr Alex very helpful, organised a tour for us and gave us a lift to the shop, great place to stay.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was good with a large comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Nice and quite at night.

The photos on booking.com do not reflect the rundown condition of the hotel so felt not good value for money. The buffet breakfast shown in many of the photos did not exist at all. The service and speed at breakfast was slow. The eggs were always under cooked. Butter was often moldy in the packet. Also the website says breakfast served from 7am to 10am. You could not get breakfast until 9am. So we had to sit and wait for breakfast until 9am.

The property seems to be overrated on Booking.com. Breakfast is much talked about but there we a few options. The staff and the other (than the lady) owners looked indifferent. The area is quite dark and deserted at night so one may not feel very comfortable going out unless you have a 4-wheeler.

however it was private hosts for the property (husband and wife) but the service was great, on a honest basis theres 2 places I would stay in Goa and this place is definitely one of them, if your looking a peaceful place to stay then I highly recommend here especially because not only the staff, hosts and 5 minutes walk to the cleanest beach in Goa

I cant say anything bad because of the great welcome, they genuinely went out of there way to accommodate me.

the hotel room was spacious and clean, overall property was very clean. the staff were helpful and cooperative. the swimming pool was awesome. the breakfast was very nice. majorda beach is about 5 mins walking distance away. hotel is surrounded by greenery. highly recommended.

Room and pool were great. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Wifi didn't worked for one night. Noise from other guests until 2am. Owner should calm this folks down after midnight.
