    The JP Prana Hotel is highly recommended, with kind staff and clean rooms. The hotel is located a bit away from town for a quiet experience. They accommodate dietary needs and have a lovely pool and (Read More)bar area. The rooms are spacious and have all necessary amenities. The hotel is safe with 24-hour surveillance. The food is excellent and the owners are helpful. The hotel is located close to Angkor Wat and offers a great restful stay.

    The place is excellent and perfect. The staff isnt so accommodating, welcoming, and warm, but overall its okay.
    The location is quite far from the center. It's quiet and nice. If you're looking for a comfortable, chill and relaxed environment then go for it. Pool is great. Scenic is awesome. Far from the busy city.
    They do not serve more than two people or groups. The staff is okay; however, some have shown an attitude and discourtesy upon checking in. There is a little confusion between employees about guests' payments and arrival. Breakfast is okay but inflexible. They should have served the breakfast regardless if one of the guests is outside.

    Perfect stay to relax and explore Siem Reap
    Everything! The room was super spacious, the pool was great to cold down from the heat. The staff was exceptional. The restaurant had also great food!

    I wouldn't recommend the facility even to my worst enemy. Run away and don't look back!!!

    DARK ROOM THAT LOOKED LIKE A CRYPT (from this you can already understand how much they are looking for maximum savings) THE WIFI SIGNAL IN THE ROOM WAS PRACTICALLY ABSENT (JUST ONE NOTCH WHICH IN THE BEST MOMENTS MEANT SURFING WITH A 56K MODEM!!!) I suggested buying a repeater and was told that I had to buy a Cambodian SIM and navigate with my smartphone!!! ONLY ONE ELECTRICAL SOCKET PRESENT IN THE ENTIRE ROOM!!! DUST AND DIRT EVERYWHERE. COCKROACHES, CENTIPEDES, MOSQUITOES AND EVEN A LITTLE FROG CAME TO VISIT ME DURING THE NIGHT (SLIPPED FROM UNDER THE DOOR) THE HOT WATER WAS A MIRAGE (the first evening it came out for no more than 3 minutes. the second evening it didn't come out at all and the following morning at 06:30 I still had no hot water!!!) BREAKFAST ON THE FIRST DAY (AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT SPENT) WAS SERVED TO ME AFTER 40 MINUTES, making me risk losing the organized tour of the Angkor temples!!! (by the way I'm still waiting for my fruit juice included in breakfast). I only saw 4 people running the hotel (2 men and 2 women). Maybe December is not high season for them but the feeling that I was not a welcome presence was palpable. I ran away after breakfast on the second day and was charged the taxes for 4 days of overnight stay. Perhaps if they had offered me another room with other standards and at the same price I would have overlooked some aspects, but this offer did not come since the standard is evidently the same in all the rooms.

    I came to this hotel for 2 nights and when I saw it, I decided to stay for additional 10 days. It it very beautiful for a very good price. Very, very nice staff, very professional, good location in the city, easy to reach the main spots. Scooter rental possible and very easy. If I go again to Siem Reap, I will choose this hotel definitly again.
    There was nothing I did not like ;o).

    Great vibe, amazing margaritas!
    Great space! Good pool, amazing hosts and staff! Best Margarita in Town! It was a great place to be at the end of a long day, we had very good chats with other guests and the 2 hosts! Also super close to the temples and not so much to the crowded siem reap.
    Food needs to be improved! It would truly make the place a little gem to visit on its own!

    Highly recommended hotel for a visit in Siem Reap.
    Super-friendly and helpful staff. They were kind enough to get us some food very late at night. Rooms and amenities were really cool.

    Nice hotel, friendly staff.
    Staff were extremely helpful. Any issues we had, they dealt with quickly and appropriately. Some people may complain about showers being cold. The hotel uses solar panels to heat water, so if other guests have long showers, or there has been no sun, the showers may not be as hot as you'd like. This wasn't a problem for us - it's hot in Cambodia. The hotel is on the right side of town to get to Angkor sites early in the morning.
    Breakfasts might have been larger, but I can't think of anything else we didn't like.
