    I don't understand how this property is so highly rated. The food we ordered for lunch was pathetic. They have only a 1 hour period to serve breakfast. The AC in my room was not working at night and I called the person at 2AM, he came and said nothing can happen now, talk to our manager in the morning. How does it make sense? I stayed only for a night and it was not good for me. This is run by a few boys who handle the whole property and when I complained about it while checking out, they just gave us the bill and did not even bother to reply.

    Lovely view from the room, very comfortable, incredible staff
    The view from the room is spectacular. Then entire property is very neat and pretty. The staff is gracious and go out of their way to help us out with everything.
    I can't think of many negative things to mention. When we were there, the sprinklers they used to water the coffee plants sprayed into our balcony. It wasn't a major issue.

    Beautiful location... Mountain view rooms are worth every penny. Enjoyed the swimming pool... The staff were attentive and helpful... Food was great too. Enjoyed every bit of my stay there.
