Guests had a great stay at the Premium Chalet at Aria, Newquay Bay Resort. The caravan was clean, staff were friendly and the entertainment team was great with the children. Some mentioned the lack o (Read More)f signal on site but WiFi available in the entertainment lounge. One guest enjoyed the surrounding scenery and found the distance from the beach and town center convenient. Overall, a positive experience with plans to return in the future.

Very good

Nice place, good location but felt unwelcome at the end of our stay.

Clean and new

Very cold when we arrived. Even though heating was on the thermostat was set to 16 and it was freezing inside. On departure day the cleaner sat outside in the next door chalets park area in her car for 40 mins before we were due to leave and 5 mins before the 10am deadline she sat outside on the road area with her engine running. I asked if she was waiting for us and she said we had 5 minutes to leave. It really upset me and gave us a bad memory of our stay. Totally unnecessary as we were out just before 10am. Felt pushed out and unwelcome.

Lovely stay in a comfortable, clean, quiet well kept chalet in a charming location.

Lovely location. Parking next to chalet. Comfortable spacious, bright, clean, fully equipped and even had a washer/dryer. Quiet site with a shop, restaurant and bar, kids and adults activities in the evening, outside and inside pools and outside play area.

Very clean, modern, homely,get away and comfortable charlet. Good WiFi in the charlet. No phone network in or around the charlet. Lovely place to stay. Will be going back again

Very good

Caravan was very clean with everything we needed. Site was clean and tidy too, with friendly helpful staff.

The outdoor pool area wasn't open at all, and the shop could of had more variety of food in.

Good

enjoyable and comfortable

check-in was easy with the key code and good communication from the host. Very clean and well organized. A nice box of goodies on arrival. Well kitted out with cutlery etc. 30min walk to the beaches, but very hilly.

no plug for the kitchen sink, a little expensive for the time of year compared to other caravans on site (confused with naming Chalet, expected a type of lodge but that could be just me!). location on site behind a fence.
