Great hotel for the visit for South Beach. The excellent staff made this a great stay.
The ROOM was very clean and quiet. Nice organization and furniture/design. The view was not so good since you only saw into another building.
Breakfast was surprising good and was REAL EGGS which i never see at hotels anymore. Good food, lots of choices.

Good location, large, clean room, friendly staff. I arrived early and was into my room early. Good value during a busy time in Miami. No frills or ambiancegood for a trip where you're not planning to spend time much in the room.

Great value for money with one smallish hiccup
Great location and a really decent breakfast. Its not on the beach road but so close that it doesnt matter at all. Pool is very cool using a James Bond elevator to get to itbut the pool should have a minibar ..it would be a goldmine!
We stayed 4 days and nothing was touched in our room cleaning wisetrash can wasnt emptied, mo towels changed. Nor were we told that this was their operating procedurea bit uncool.

Great time in south beach!
The hotel location is second to none! A block from the beach and many other tourist points. The rooms were all renovated and are huge and extremely clean! You get to the room and smell lavender etc. The roof top pool is really cool and an excellent option. The staff is nice and very helpful. Great Hotel!
The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. The day we left it was raining so everyone got cramped in the small inside area and after one hour they had almost nothing available to eat! They have to plan better the amount of food available for the guests.

Great short vacation stay.
The hotel was in the perfect location to Miami Beach, shopping and restaurants. The rooftop pool was great for relaxing. The breakfast was very filling and tasty.

It is not worthy for a three star hotel at all.
Near the beach and good restaurants
Very tinny rooms, breakfast not good. They were running out of things often. Old elevator and building in general was old.

Dont think I would recommend it
Room was nice but was not in main building I had to drag my suitcases out back walk by a carpark get into a back up building which was not nice!
The location of my room was not really clear when booked, it was uncomfortable to get to in the internal back end seemed like the overflow of the hotel, price not convenient! Breakfast was terrible and nothing much available, no fruit apart from an orange, the rest well disappointed

Good location. Super friendly staff. Clean. Not noisy. Breakfast is jot great but better than many similar price range hotels.
Breakfast is crowded, draining quickly, they can't immediately renew. We were at 4th floor, water pressure was low but manageable. It says housekeeping every three days but we didn't have any in our four day stay. Didn't ask, so don't know what would their answer be.
