    I would suggest you visit for an interesting experience.. I
    There was a nice selection of food and the staff were always very attentive and helpful. This place is aesthetically pleasing and reminds me of Butlins for the more affluent clientele. family and friends welcomed and they will be in for a treat. I was full board and enjoyed meals three times a day plus. High tea, All meals were buffet style which suited everyone and there never seemed to be any queuing. Staff helped with drinks and there was a voucher system where you were offered a soft drink or water anything else required payment. More things to do for the children swimming, water polo, aerobic dancing. All day trip to Diani beach at 5am and back for 8pm The setting at night and entertainment was lovely and the staff really worked hard to set the scene outside which was could be said to be romantic at time however that was only for the evening. Themed nIghts pirates such as pirates of the Caribbean so children dance on stage with the resident dance group who were always entertaining. which was always good to see wi

    The resort is relatively close to the airport, so we got there quickly. Check-in was smooth, and all our prior special requests were in place. The rooms were clean and spacious with a panaromic view of the ocean and water park. Our children were well catered for, and the themed dinners were a plus. Overall, a great family-friendly atmosphere.

    It was second time of stay in this hotel and I can see myself visiting again
    The food was yummy and wide selection The beds were comfy The staff very friendly and approachable but the highlight of our experience is the integrity of your security staff, my son forgot his toiletries kitbag that contained valuables and Stanley Alenga went out of his way to look for us even way after we had travelled from Mombasa to Nairobi and almost leaving the country , he quickly organized to ensure the package was shipped immediately to us. My family was amazed at this kind of gesture and anyone that asks us how our experience was, we have a reference to Stanleys outstanding work ethic. Thank you Stanley.

    The internet wasnt consistent, at times the signal was low at times it was okay The restaurant during dinner should offer at least one glass of water as complimentary with dinner. Like it is for breakfast times.

    The staff was nice and helpfully
    The room I was given was terrible, Air-conditioning not working, electrical issues (light going on/ off continuously). Issues was repaired on my last night stay.
