    Very poor
    it was a terrible experience
    I didn't like anything
Even if you make a reservation, it is not possible to enter the facility after 24:00 at night. For guests who cannot arrive by this time, they lock the doors without contacting them. The rooms are very small and crowded. Even though the price seems low, when you look at the service you receive, you realize that it is very expensive. If you want to leave early, they do not refund the money you pay for the next days. The kitchen is constantly dominated by the residents. It's never your turn to benefit. The staff is not serious and they don't care much about you. It is located extremely far from London's attractions. I definitely do not recommend it.

    Poor
    Not the best hostel
Staff were exceptionally friendly. The staff are the most positive thing about the accomodation. The water pressure was also really good with great hot water.
Cleanliness was really poor. Very evident that there is no dedicated cleaner at the property. Bathroom cleanliness less than desirable. Used two bathrooms and both not pleasant. Detail/deep cleaning required. Public stairways areas are very worn with ripped carpets. I stayed in Covent Garden room and mould evident on top of both walls by the window. I also didn't appreciate having to strip my bed and bring sheets to reception before checkout. I have never had to do this at any other hostel! My suggestion would be to charge more and invest in dedicated cleaning and remove fluffy rugs from the private bathrooms as extremely unhygienic.

    Very good
Lovely staff, decent rooms, it's worth a stay
The staff were absolutely amazing when they were informed that I was visually impaired. Even though I never expect people to accommodate around me, they were lovely enough to walk me through everything, and kept asking if I was okay with the placement. I got the hardest bed to get into but it was what it was they asked me if it was okay and they said they could try and change it for me if not but again I never expect people to go out of their ways just for me. Honestly they were so nice and sweet. I also loved how the check in was a little sit down area. I've been to hostels where I have to give them my id on the stairs before so this was a really nice way of introduction I really liked how the staff asked so kindly that upon check out you hand in your dirty linen, it made it feel a little bit cleaner and more respectable. The area was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in London on a budget. I felt very safe there
The door handles on the rooms are alarmed!! I asked why and was explained why but it's so so loud and if you hold the door handle a bit too long after you've scanned your fob then it goes off. Only for a few seconds though. Also upon the linen changing, taking off sheets and quilts on the top of a 3 tier bunk bed at 7am with another 5 sleeping people around me was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life

Nice, but nothing to write home about
The location was fantastic. Our room was very clean. The whole place had great vibes Very helpful staff that were very accommodating with early check in and check out.
Prime was one of the cheapest accommodations on Booking.com at the time so I guess in that regard it was good value for money. However still veeeery expensive for what you get. The room was very small and we struggled to have bit of our suitcases in there. The bathrooms are in desperate need of updating with broken tiles on the floor making it not waterproof. There were signs on the walls asking guests to ensure there was no water on the ground as this could cause leaks to the floors below.

The location was good and we walked to the center in an hour or so. The price and quality was really good for London. If you just wanna sleep and get ready to discover the city it is a really good accommodation. People there were really nice. Thank you very much. Would definitely make a booking again! :)
Since the humidity there is pretty high I get it but there was mold on the walls. So many people in one house too. Maybe should invest in ventilation. There was very little air in the room when it was full (8 people per room).

    Superb
    perfect for my needs
flexibility of checking-in times; comfort of mattress; proximity to Angel Islington and Old Red Lion Pub Theatre.
bathrooms were not en suite, but that wasn't a major problem

Good location, but needs a refurb, read full review
    Location was great.
No quiet places to chat privately on the phone, wet floors and cold bathroom, private bathroom was falling apart -- cracked floor tiles, shower cladding falling off along bottom. Ripped carpet on stairs and messy room mates.

    Very good, would definitely recommend
Overall a great stay, accommodation was very clean and staff were very helpful regarding checking in
One of the people in my dormitory, a loud and angry Australian man, kept shouting at one of the other people in the room for vaping. This is obviously not the fault of the hostel but I feel like, if they had enforced the rules and prevented this person from vaping, the altercations would not have happened.
