The Pullman Hanoi offers good food and reasonable prices at their restaurant, with pleasant and well-trained staff. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff is helpful and supportive. The room (Read More)s are clean and spacious, although the bathroom could use modernization. The overall experience is positive and recommended, especially for those seeking a quiet location away from the busy old quarter. The hotel offered a birthday cake and free upgrade as a nice gesture. The swimming pool was unfortunately unavailable during the stay.

Not worth the money, find a cheaper and cleaner hotel to stay in.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

For the amount I was charged to stay at this property, the facilities are not worth the cost. There was mould growing in the bathroom, the toiletries fixed to the walls were broken and unable to be used. This hotel needs a deep clean and better maintenance. For $400AUD per night, I expect clean and accessible facilities. The only saving grace for this review were the staff. If they hadnt been as friendly or helpful as they were, this would have been given a rating of 1.

Very big and spacious room, excellent showers, clean, excellent hotel room service, restaurant food was also great. Very comfortable and clean gym as well. Would definitely stay again.
