Only the location
The attitude of the staff, the lying for reasoning, the lying on the food menu against the promotional meal, the refusal to accept that I was not provided with what I had paid for.
Honestly, I could write a book on the negative services of this hotel.
I guess I've over stayed my welcome. Third time unlucky. Enough is enough.

Just ok. Pullman Bangsar was way better
Amenities and room condition was good. Although hotel is rather old, but it has well maintained.
WIFI is extremely bad. I was on business while travelling with family so most of the time was on remote. But wifi is intermittent. I had to go nearby cafe just to work.

Okay hotel, good location.
The location was good, very accessible. Front desk staff were nice and friendly.
The hotel was too busy. The rooms need to be checked thoroughly. We had a couple of issues in our room (but were promptly attended to when called upon).
The hotel was so busy during Christmas that they had to add additional tables in the lobby area, and with Christmas decor, there was not enough space to sit and lounge in the lobby - when waiting for a taxi we had a seat in the cafe area and were asked to leave by one of the staff which we felt was extremely rude since we are paying guests (and the hotel did not provide enough seating in the lobby).
Would I book here again? Not sure.

Exceptional
overall an excellent KL central stay
location was ideal considering you are next to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang yet avoiding the traffic chaos of main Bukit Bintang
getting dated.wood work/furniture needs renovation but nothing that should stop me from visiting again
