Great hotel- would stay again but would do more research to look for alternative places to eat
Staff were brilliant and always on hand to help
Whilst the hotel is very family friendly, the restaurant does not offer much for children which was disappointing. For the adults, whilst the food looked incredible, it wasnt actually great and again, limited choice.

clean room & specials for families 2 floors room.
they didnt provide us with any water in the room.
the staff didnt offer to take our luggages to the room in check in at 1 am but they did when we asked them to do so.

The best part was their free valet service. Parking is such a pain in Europe, if you know you know. The hotel valet just took our car keys and did it all for us. So smooth. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and good size. Staff were helpful. We didnt get a chance to try the food so cant speak for it.

Bercy is amazing and the hotel is super super luxurious i stayed in the duplex rooms always get the 1013 room its a panorma from all the sides and everything yould wish for is there

Gym is well equipped with TRX, cardio machines, bars and dumbells (no weighed machines though).
Staff is friendly and you can communicate in a wide range of languages at the reception desk.
Close to bars and restaurants. A metro station is at 5 minutes walking.
