    The range of breakfast diversity
    I wasn't pleased with the initial greeting. Upon receiving my room, I was given no information. Despite booking an Executive Deluxe King Room with a view, I was provided with a disabled room. I returned to the reception to express my disappointment, noting that I could have been informed beforehand about the unavailability of the room type I requested. In response, they moved us to a basic room without any additional amenities to compensate for the inconvenience. The following day, we were relocated to a Deluxe Queen Room without a view. Unfortunately, this experience didn't justify the money spent, especially considering the excuses made at the reception. During check-out, be prepared for an additional 10/night city tax charge.

    Beautiful hotel with fantastic, accomodating staff
    The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming and the property is beautiful. the rooms are a great size and well decorated, with good amenities.
    The dual shower was great, however, whilst the waterfall head worked well, the second shower head was loose and therefore lacked pressure as water was leaking.

    A really pleasant stay, great location and nice hotel!
    The hotel is lovely, clean and smells great! Charlotte, the concierge was extremely friendly and helpful!
    The only downside was that we couldnt connect to Netflix from our tv and though we reported the problem 4 times, it was never resolved.

    Great location, friendly staff, and very modern
    I have known this hotel for many years before it became Pullman and was Le Meridien. The rooms and elevators are nicely upgraded, with a very modern touch. Christmas decorations were superb in the lobby. It is situated in the heart of Montparnasse with easy access to transportation and restaurants. Right next door is a nice mall with a nice food court. Special shout out the Grab and Go coffee shop staff, which were super nice and friendly!
    Taking an escalator/elevator to reach the lobby was not too convenient. The rooms are slightly smaller than expected. Wifi was very slow during my stay, unable to properly browse or do video calls, with no options to upgrade to a faster service. Also there was one or two times where cleaning service walked in the room without knocking.

    Amazing hotel located perfectly
    I loved this hotel , it was decorated fantastically, all the staff were helpful and friendly and the location was amazing , only 15-20 minutes away from everywhere that we needed to go to. The view from the room was amazing , sadly I didn't go to the two restaurants inside the hotel but I'm sure they were good too, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Paris .
